CANCELLATION POLICY

KIMBERLY CABLES | RAYANN FRICK (Please contact RayAnn via phone to make an appointment with her.) ⸻ At Southern Bow, our goal is to provide every guest with a high-quality, relaxing, and professional experience. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit for all clients, please review the following salon policies before booking (booking an appointment will act as your signature of agreement): ⸻ Booking & Cancellations A credit/debit card will be required to secure an appointment. This is in place not only to reserve your appointment but also to be used upon last-minute cancellation, including but not limited to a no-call, no-show. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the scheduled service. No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 70% of the scheduled service and may require full prepayment for future bookings. Please note: Kimberly requires a 30% non-refundable deposit for all new clients booking color corrections or her Signature Blonde Service. This deposit will go toward your total at the time of service and helps secure your appointment time. ⸻ Late Arrivals If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to avoid overlapping with other clients. A late arrival may also result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling with a fee. ⸻ Service Adjustments & Refunds We strive for complete client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days so we can make reasonable adjustments. No refunds are given for services rendered. However, we are happy to make necessary corrections within a reasonable time frame. ⸻ Children & Additional Guests To ensure a relaxing and safe environment, children and extra guests who are not receiving a service should not accompany you to your appointment unless previously approved. Exceptions are made for breastfeeding mothers, newborn babies, and individuals with special needs who require assistance. If you need to bring someone under these circumstances, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate you accordingly. ⸻ Payment & Pricing Payments are accepted via cash, credit/debit card, and electronic payment methods (Venmo, CashApp, etc.). All service prices are starting prices and may vary based on hair length, density, and additional services/color needed. ⸻ Health & Safety If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment for the safety of others. We maintain strict sanitation and hygiene practices to ensure a clean and safe environment for all clients. ⸻ By booking an appointment at Southern Bow Salon, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
